THE GAME

Newport Lacrosse is dedicated to providing a positive athletic experience while fielding competitive teams at all levels. Our coaches, parents and volunteers are committed to developing each player’s character, while teaching leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, physical, and mental endurance.

End of Season Party!

Please save the date for June 2nd, from 1-3pm for our Newport Lacrosse End of Season Celebration. We will celebrate our Newport Lacrosse community with 3X lacrosse games and frozen treats!

This event is a fabulous opportunity to connect with LAX families one more time before summer and you won’t want to miss out! Players only need to bring their sticks to play “3X” – this is a simple, pick up game of lacrosse without gear or contact and using only tennis balls.

Please RSVP and let us know how many people from your family will be attending so we purchase just the right amount of treats. You will also have an opportunity to sign up to help set up, hand out treats and clean up.

K-2: Practices on Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm (Tyee Middle School), Games on Saturday
3/4: Practices on Monday 5:00-6:30 pm (Bennett Elementary) / Friday 5:30-7:00 pm (Wilburton Hill Park), Games on Saturday.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a combined team with Sammamish-Interlake
5/6: Practices on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 5:30-7:00 pm (Tyee Middle School), Games on Saturday.
7/8: Practices on Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 5:30-7:00 pm (Tyee Middle School), Games on Saturday.

IMPORTANT Details:

ALL Players must have a valid USA Lacrosse ID through June 1 to register to ensure we maintain valid insurance. Please go to www.usalacrosse.com to register or renew. Renewing adds 1 year to your existing expiration date, so you don’t lose any time.
If you request financial assistance, please register and email boardpres@newportlacrosse.com before you pay. Our organization is dedicated to providing financial support for players who require assistance, and we will contact you regarding arrangements.
All HS players are required have the following in addition to registering with Newport Lacrosse:
- 1. Registration through Final Forms
- 2. Current ASB
- 3. Pay spring sport “pay to play” fee via BSD
